Introduction
Clan
Chaos was founded in 1996 by a group of Renaissance Enthusiast, namely the
following:
Robert "Blackstar" Wilson, Mark "Bane" Ellzey, Beckey
"Castile" Ellzey, Eddy "Talon" Snowden, and Paul "Red
Dragon" Wickman.. The Clan began to grow the following year, with the
addition of several new members.
The
Chaos Star was first introduced to us prior to the forming of the clan. It
was worn by "Commander Chaos" in 1996, at the Texas Renaissance
Festival. The Clan began to take on a new life as we began to make our
presence known in 1997 with the addition of the Armor that has become our
signature trademark, along with our sigil, the Chaos Star.
Though
the Clan was founded in the Houston Area. Our influences are shown in many
places. There is virtually no Renaissance Festival that can be found in
Texas that our name is not known, there are even a few outside of Texas where we
are known of.
Chaos
has become a family of Brothers and Sisters, we have not a leader, what we have
are representatives, and a Council of Three known as the
"Triad." The Triad is comprised of three members that were
elected to represent the three main corners of our family that has grown to span
great distances, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.
We
now are strong as we band together to share with each other, our collective
love, respect, and honor that we have for each other, and the Festivals, events,
and shows that we attend. This is something that we take pride in
showing. With the clothes that we wear, the actions that we show, and the
oath that we take at our induction.
This
site is dedicated to the Clan Chaos, it's affiliates and all of the members of
it's Family, past, present, and future. We hope that you will enjoy the
